We’ll check pricing & availability
and e-mail you back a Pro forma Invoice.
Step 4
If you accept the pricing
and delivery quote, click the “Submit” button
on the bottom of the Proforma Invoice form and we will
contact you to
discuss your preferred method of payment and any additional
costs for
shipping.
