Recommended Technique for Demolding Dyna-Cast®
from Wooden Molds

In order to eliminate problems when demolding Dyna-Cast, we recommend the simple 2 step procedure described below.

Important! Not following this procedure can result in Dyna-Cast adhering to the wooden mold, which would make its removal extremely difficult without having to ruin the mold.

Step 1

Thoroughly paint the wood mold with Kincote™. We recommend Clear (Catalog number 910KCLR) for this application.

Step 2

After the coat of Kincote has cured for at least 2 days, apply 2 coats of Master Release-All™ (Catalog number 922-RA1Q).
