  Sticky Wax
This is a quick-setting adhesive which creates a rigid bond between two wax surfaces. Ideal for creating complex assemblies or attaching patterns to central sprue rods. Sticky wax will not hinder melt-out and leaves no residue. Available in sticks or chunks.




  Wax Sprue Rods
Fully refined to eliminate impurities, Ferris Wax Sprue Rods burn-out quickly without expansion or residue. Perfect for building even the most demanding sprue systems. Three time-tested hardness grades are available, as are special diameters or lengths.




  Blue Wire Waxes
Ferris Blue Wire Wax is a high quality, pliable wax that can be used whenever a wire shape is required, such as for links, prongs and bezels. Can be twisted & bent to conform to any shape without cracking or breaking. Custom profiles are available.




  Blue Wire Wax Assortments
These assortments permit designers to keep a convenient selection of various wire shapes & gauges on-hand as needed for design work. Fourteen different wire wax shapes are offered in gauges from #1 to #24. Six different assortment packs are available.




  Casting Wax Sheets
Rolled to highly accurate thicknesses, Ferris Casting Wax Sheets are always pliable at room temperatures, can be formed to any shape and are easily cut. Drawings or tracings can be done right on the sheet. Nine Gauges are available from #14 thru #30. Six assortment packs can also be purchased.

  Patcheze
Developed to offer jewelers an easy, reliable means for wax pattern repair. Patch-Eze™ can be used for repairing thin sections, filling pin holes or covering flow lines. always remains soft and pliable. Two Patch-Eze formulas are available.





  Utility Wax Sheets, Sticks & Ropes
These soft, easily shaped waxes are ideally suited for fill-ins and wax pattern repair. In addition, they can also be used to easily correct any mistakes by "blending-in" with the original wax part. The Sheets, Sticks & Ropes are available in several sizes.



  Mold-A-Wax
This malleable wax can be used to produce free-form jewelry and sculptures using the lost wax process. It can be rolled,. bent, twisted or shaped into an infinite variety of unique designs. Two hardness grades are available.








  Ultralube™, Beelube™, Pour-A-Tex
This petroleum based lubricant can dramatically extend the useful life of saw blades, cutting tools or burrs, while also enhancing the surface finish of the piece. In addition, it reduces friction and heat build-up which can cause distortion. This film forming wax can be used for both lubrication and marking intricate designs. Besides enhancing the performance of fine saws, it is also particularly useful for wire drawing or even picking up small gems. Specially formulated by Ferris, Pour-A-Tex™ can be used to create unusual abstract jewelry and art items. It is also ideal for setting-off unusual stones and for antique gold, silver and bronze finishing.























  Water Soluble Wax
This unique wax offers jewelry designers an effective, low cost means for creating soluble cores in wax patterns. Ferris Water Soluble Wax is guaranteed to leave a smooth finish with no residue. Three formulas are available.




  Inlay Wax
A favorite of jewelers for small, highly intricate modeling techniques. Offering exceptional durability, Inlay waxes can be formed into extremely thin sections and yet will resist deformation from repeated handling. Three formulas and four different colors are available.




  Ferris-Ject Mold Rubbers

  Ferrisilicone™ RTV Mold Rubber
This RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) high grade silicone mold rubber allows jewelers to produce extremely high quality, low cost molds without the need for a vulcanizer. Features low shrink, outstanding surface finish & fills, easy pattern removal, excellent memory and more. Cures overnight.

 

  See-Thru™ Mold Frames
These frames assemble in seconds and feature a built-in sprue former, glass cover plates and corrosion resistant clamps. Suitable for use with either Ferris See-Thru® Mold Compound and all other "pour-type" mold compounds. Frames measure 3" high x 2" wide. Six different frame depths are available.

  See-Thru™ Mold Compound
The perfect answer to quick response for short run demands. This unique mold compound oven cures into a clear, transparent, extremely flexible rubber. Offers outstanding "fills" to capture even the most intricate pattern details. Requires no packing or vulcanizing.
