Utility Wax Sheets, Sticks & Ropes

These easily shaped, soft waxes are specially suited for building-up and post-damming purposes. Pliable at room temperature, the waxes can also be used to fill sprue bases and mend patterns. Several sizes of sheets, sticks & ropes are available.

Sticky Waxes

Quick setting, wax-based adhesives used to create a fast, rigid bond between two wax surfaces. Their properties are ideally suited for dental crown & bridgework, as well as attaching patterns to sprue assemblies. They will not hinder melt-out and burn-out cleanly. Two formulas are available.

Pink Bite Wax Sticks

Formulated from the highest quality waxes to assure a clean, accurate bite registration. Easily shaped to conform to the dental arch. Available in standard square or special concave square shapes.

Inlay Waxes

Preferred by dental labs for the construction of dental crowns & bridgework. Capable of being cast in extremely thin sections and yet resists deformation due to handling. Easily carved and will burn-out cleanly with no residue. Available in three hardness grades and four colors.

Dipping Wax

Compounded for dipping the basic tooth pattern to build-up the crown. This extremely tough, durable wax can also be carved & shaped and will resist warping or breaking. Available in three colors.

Sticky Wax
Master Sticky Wax is the perfect wax adhesive for joining similar or dissimilar waxes. Primary applications include the assembly of patterns and sprue systems. Once parts have been dipped in Master Sticky Wax the bond that is created typically possesses a strength greater than that of the adjoining waxes. Pure, virgin ingredients assure rapid, clean burn-out with no residue.

Sold by the pound in broken chunks.

Utility Waxes
Master Utility waxes were specifically compounded by Kindt-Collins for repairing wax patterns for sculpture foundries and other applications. Two high performance formulas are available…

Master Standard Red Utility Wax
This formula is used for most utility and patching applications. It can be applied at ambient room temperature or when slightly warmed.

Sold by the pound in slabs or in 8” x 12” sheets. Please specify either 1/8” or π” thicknesses.

Master Extra Soft Utility Wax
This formulation is ideal for patching and smoothing wax parts at room temperature.

Available in red or white sticks 12” long packaged in one pound boxes.

Patching Wax

Master Patching Waxes are considerably softer than our utility waxes and are especially well suited for repairing thin sections or defects such as pin holes and flow lines. Two time-tested formulas are available…

Master Red Patch-Eze™
This is a soft, paste-like wax used for filling small imperfections in patterns. Easily applied at ambient room temperature by hand or spatula.

Available in 1 quart and 1 gallon cans.

Master Green Patch-Eze™
This is a slightly harder formulation than Red Patch-Eze and is typically used for filling larger imperfections. Clean burn-out is assured with no ash residue.

Available in 1 quart and 1 gallon cans.

Bubble-gard™
This unique spray eliminates the formulation of surface bubbles during investment casting. Spraying Bubble-gard on a wax tree creates an invisible coating that protects against the formation of bubbles while investing. Use Bubble-gard to produce a totally smooth, cast surface, free of bumps and other imperfections.

Non-flammable, biodegradable and can be shipped non-hazardous.
Available in 16 oz. spray containers. Bulk sizes also available.
